Star Copy comes very close to being a perfect copy shop. There's an abundance of copiers to choose from, two computers to work on, and the proprietor and his wife are both more than willing to help anyone who walks in the door. There isn't much that a customer can't get from Star Copy in terms of print resources. Need a scan? Done. Need 300 copies? Need a brochure? Done and done.

Which is all fairly standard, I suppose, for any place from a Kinkos to a FedEx Office, but Star Copy is the quintessential mom and pop shop; I prefer to give them business because they're a small outfit and do good work. They're also pretty fair in terms of pricing, and recognize the loyalty of return customers. They've often helped me out with trickier projects because they know me and want me to feel appreciated. You don't often get that sort of treatment from a large chain of stores.

My only gripe is that sometimes service can become chaotic when there are multiple people in the store. Granted, some customers are especially demanding, which is out of their hands, but there have been times when the wait can get overly long because they're each tied up with a customer. Maybe I'm just nitpicking, but it can be frustrating when all I need is a handful of copies. Regardless, whatever a person needs printed, Star Copy is likely going to be able to handle the job, and I highly recommend their services.
